You can contact us with comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you via our Contact page.
Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this page.
If you have a query regarding a medical matter please raise a query via the eConsult portal.
Want to make a complaint?
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
Complaints should be made in writing and addressed to the Practice Manager. You will receive an acknowledgement letter from us so you know we have received your letter.
An investigation will be made into the complaint, and you will receive a response explaining the findings and outcome, within 20 working days.
